January 7, 2012- First Sabbath of New Year
Sermon: “Epiphany – New Insights for New Beginnings”
Scripture: Matthew 2:1-12
Theme: “What if” we lived as though all the hopes and dreams of our lives were really going to happen? “What if” we approached this year with the expectation that we truly can
be renewed? The messages of the Gospel is about New Beginnings. We can walk
away from yesterday into the freshness of tomorrows.
January 14, 2012- 2nd Sabbath
Sermon: “My Sacred Space”
Scripture: Psalm 73
Theme: The world makes us confused and confounded. Where can we find a sacred space to
remove this human dilemma?
January 21, 2012- 3rd Sabbath
Sermon: “The Power of Perspective”
Scripture: John 3:1-10
Theme: Jesus invites us to see the world through the eyes of God’s grace. We could if we live our lives as suggested by the hymn, “Great is the Faithfulness.”

Scripture: Romans 12:1-2
